About Me

M.S. | NBC-HWC | Whole30 Certified Coach

I’m Hayley! I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Whole30 Certified Coach. I’ve found that simple, sustainable changes are the key to success. I enjoy working with clients from teens to older adults and with people who suffer from various autoimmune disorders and chronic diseases, such as Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and diabetes. I believe that food is medicine and want to help people to take back control of their own lives.

The Whole30 is important to me because it helped me gain control over my stomach issues that I have suffered from for years. After doing the Whole30 I have learned what works best for my body to keep me going. This doesn’t mean eating “Whole30” forever, but instead finding freedom within my diet to sustain a healthy way of living and enjoying the foods around me.

With an M.S. in Health Promotion and a B.S. in Nutrition, I have a passion for helping people become their best selves. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and want to give back to the community I know best. I now live in the mountains of Colorado so you can typically find me with my dog (Poppy), at the gym, on the ski slopes, hiking, or watching all things sports.
