Pat chicken wings completely dry. Then put in the air fryer and spray with avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
While wings are cooking, combining the rest of the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Once wings are cooked most of the way through (about 10 minutes), put them in a bowl and pour the wing sauce on top. Toss the wings until they are fully coated.
Place coated chicken wings back in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes.
Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
Notes
If you do not have JOI cashew base you can use cashew butter or your favorite mild flavored nut butter.
Patting your chicken wings dry before cooking helps get them crispy.
