Easy Pork Chop Marinade

This Easy Pork Chop Marinade is the perfect weeknight meal! I love a meal that you can prep the night ahead of time or the morning of and have it ready to go by the time you are off work. The great thing about a marinade is that you can let it sit in the fridge overnight or just for a couple of hours. So if you are like me and forget to do it the night before you never have to worry. This Easy Pork Chop Marinade only has 7 ingredients but has SO much flavor.

Pork chops are one of my favorite meats to marinade because they are easy to dry out, with a marinade you rarely have to worry about that! It packs lots of liquid into the meat so even the person who overcooks meat every time (me) doesn’t have to worry. I also love saving some of the marinades to pour over the top to help with any cooking errors or just to top some veggies.

For this recipe, I attempted to air fry the pork chops. If you have never done this, I HIGHLY recommend it! They were perfectly cooked pork chops in about 10 minutes. However if you don’t have an air fryer, baking them works just fine, too. The air fryer never fails to amaze me what it can cook to perfection!

Remember that on or off a Whole30- make cooking easy on yourself! Whether that be buying appliances that make your life easy (air fryer) or choosing recipes that have minimal ingredients like this. Don’t stress yourself out about cooking extravagant meals, simple meals are sometimes the most flavorful and delicious.

Tips for Easy Pork Chop Marinade:

  1. As I mentioned, you can marinade overnight or just a couple of hours before.
  2. If you don’t have champagne vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar.
  3. My favorite dijon mustard for this is The New Primal (use code ALTITUDE for 15% off).
  4. This marinade goes great on veggies, chicken or fish too.

For this recipe, I also use Greensbury Market organic and grass-fed pork chops. They are my favorite because they are cut to the perfect portion and are always the highest quality. Even better, they are delivered right to my door- talk about a time saver! You can use the code ALTITUDE for 10% off your order.
